There was mice in the washroom and the service was very bad

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. AND MANAGER GOT MAD AT US FOR NOT TIPPING. WORST SERVICE EVER!

the food wasn't that good...
sashimi not very fresh and limited 6 pc per customer...
nigiri sushi with very thin fish on top and too much rice on the bottom...
don't even mention about service...
without serving u at all and ask for 10% service charge without notice!!!

I went there twice with co-workers. The food was so-so. I have to agree with the other review that the service is pretty bad. I think the one across the street called Kura is a better Japanese Restaurant.

I went there for lunch and the service was terrible. The food is average and I am surprised they are still in business with better restaurants at Metrotown, a few blocks away. I won't ever be back.

fresh food
nice layout
booths for a couple or two couples
private rooms after that
i try to invite my krazy korean friends
so i can act myself in private

Pretty good food. It's nice to get all you can eat sashimi. ) Service is not so good just like other Chinese owned Japanese restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant with my friends and we found the service to be terrible. Our waitress was extremely rude and spoke badly about us in another language (which one of my friends understands) to a fellow staff member.

Neither my friends nor I will ever return to this restaurant again. (It should be noted that we only ordered once) It seems as though they only care about getting your money and as soon as they seat you down they make condesending remarks about the food that you order to make the customer feel uncomfortable about ordering food although they sell themselves as an All you can eat restaurant

A very negative restuarant that ruins the nights of thier customers with an unbelievably rude staff and manager. Would not return again if you paid us.
